game ka ba? kelan na?
A free way to find one time the whole barkada can actually meet.
What is Kelan Na?
Kelan Na? is a simple web app for group scheduling. You make an event, share one link, and everyone taps the days and times they can make. The results screen shows who is in for each option, so the barkada can settle on a date that works for the most people. There is no login and nothing to install.
How it works
- Make an event. Name it, tap the days that could work, pick the times (brunch, lunch, merienda, dinner, and more), and optionally add up to two places to vote on.
- Share the link. Paste it in your group chat. The share text reads "game ka ba? kelan na?".
- Everyone votes. They enter their name, tap what they can make, and double-tap their top picks. The live counter shows how many have voted.
- Lock it in. The organizer picks the final time, or lets the group vote and keeps the final say. Everyone gets the schedule and a calendar file.
Why barkadas use it
- No login. People vote by name. Email is optional and never required.
- Times grouped by day. Options stay organized instead of becoming one long list.
- Vote on the place too. The venue is its own vote, so you find the time and the spot in one go.
- Anyone can suggest a time. The organizer approves it, and everyone gets notified to update their availability.
- Add to calendar. Once locked, download a calendar file for any phone or laptop.
- Built for phones. Big tap targets, light and dark mode, made for the thumb.
